I’m excited to welcome new Prenatal and Postpartum clients, and I can sometimes accommodate other family members upon referral. For returning clients, online booking is available for non-prenatal and postpartum treatments. Thank you for your understanding!

Providing care to clients in Kingston, On and surrounding areas Massage therapy has been part of my life for almost 20 years. Over that time, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, and I now focus much of my practice on supporting people through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and the fertility journey — while still welcoming anyone seeking massage for stress relief, pain management, or general wellness.

I originally practiced in Bowmanville for 15 years before relocating to Kingston, where I’ve continued to build long-term relationships with clients.
